The Sweepstakes is open only to natural persons who, at entry and prize award:

Their immediate family members, meaning spouses, domestic partners, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses, and persons living in their households are also ineligible.
Sponsor may require reasonable proof of age, identity, residence, and eligibility before awarding a prize. No purchase, wallet connection, token balance, token transfer, or gas payment is required for verification.

Sponsor's entry system is the official clock for online entries. Postal postmarks and documented receipt dates govern mailed entries.
Each drawing will occur only after its applicable mail receipt deadline. Entries do not carry forward to later drawings.
There are two online entry methods and a mail-in alternate method. All eligible entries receive equal treatment and equal odds in the applicable weekly drawing.

No particular forecast is required. Forecast accuracy, explanation quality, likes, reposts, engagement, and account size do not affect eligibility or odds. This is a random sweepstakes, not a forecasting competition.

Each envelope may contain only one entry for one person for one week. It must be postmarked during that week's entry period, no later than its postmark deadline, and received by its mail receipt deadline. No token transaction, purchase from Sponsor, or payment to Sponsor is required. Ordinary postage is the entrant's responsibility.
Once a TINMAN token exists and this method is switched on, a wallet that sends at least the posted minimum of TINMAN to the published entry address during a sweepstakes week receives one entry for that week. The entry address, the minimum and the on or off state are printed at /play/status. Sending more, or sending more than once, never adds entries. Tokens sent are not returned. One entry per wallet per week, and one entry per person per week across all methods.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Method D is optional. Entries received through the free web form or the mail in method have exactly the same odds as entries received through method D, and the drawing does not know which method produced an entry.
Limit: one entry per person per week across all methods combined.
Multiple email addresses, accounts, wallets, names, or entry methods do not create additional entries. Sponsor will retain no more than one otherwise valid entry per person for a weekly drawing. Deliberate attempts to evade this limit may result in disqualification.
Previous winners remain eligible for later weekly drawings on the same terms as everyone else.
All timely, eligible replies, web submissions, and mailed entries for a week will be combined into one drawing pool. Each valid entry receives one chance to win. No route has a separate prize pool or preferential treatment.
Entries must be submitted by the entrant, not through bots, scripts, automated entry services, or another person's account. Entries that are incomplete, late, fraudulent, or not reasonably attributable to an eligible person are invalid. Sponsor will resolve identity disputes using reasonable evidence, not token ownership.
Each weekly prize consists of one physical silver coin containing 1 troy ounce of .999 fine silver, described as [MINT, PRODUCT, YEAR IF APPLICABLE, AND CONDITION].
Silver prices fluctuate. A difference between stated ARV and actual value at delivery will not be paid to the winner. No investment return or future value is promised.
Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash at a winner's request. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, or a cash payment of equal or greater value, if necessary because of unavailability or circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
Sponsor purchases the coins and arranges standard insured shipping through the Fulfillment Dealer. Sponsor pays ordinary shipping and insurance to an approved address. Sponsor remains responsible for fulfillment and will work with the dealer to resolve non-delivery or shipping damage, subject to reasonable documentation.
Winners are responsible for applicable income taxes and, for international deliveries, lawful customs charges, import taxes, and duties. Sponsor or Fulfillment Dealer may make legally required withholding or reporting. Any legally required winner payment must be disclosed and documented through a verified channel. No payment in cryptocurrency, token burn, seed phrase, private key, or wallet approval will ever be required to claim a prize.
If a jurisdiction requires Sponsor to bear import charges or prohibits charging them to a winner, its treatment must be resolved before that jurisdiction is included.
On or about each scheduled drawing date, Administrator will:

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for that weekly drawing. Forecast performance, TINMAN ownership, token burns, trading activity, and purchases are not considered.
Sponsor will notify each potential winner within [NUMBER] business days after the drawing, using the entry's email address, telephone number, postal address, or the official X account and contact procedure specified above.
A potential winner must respond within 7 calendar days after notification is sent. For mailed notices, the response deadline will be 7 calendar days after documented delivery.
Each potential winner must provide a deliverable address and reasonable evidence of eligibility. If a prize's value exceeds US $[AFFIDAVIT THRESHOLD], the potential winner must also complete an affidavit or declaration of eligibility and a liability release, plus a publicity release only where lawful. Legally required tax forms or additional eligibility documents may be requested regardless of prize value.
Requested documents must be returned within 7 calendar days after they are sent, unless Sponsor provides a longer period or applicable law requires otherwise. No notarization or other verification expense will be imposed on the winner where prohibited.
A potential winner may forfeit the prize if the person:
Sponsor will then contact the next ranked alternate. If alternates are exhausted, Sponsor will conduct additional random selections from the remaining eligible entries where practicable and lawful. An unclaimed prize will be handled as required by applicable law.
Confirmed prizes are expected to ship within [NUMBER] days after verification, subject to lawful customs processing and disclosed delivery restrictions.
Except where prohibited, and subject to any legally required separate consent, accepting a prize permits Sponsor to identify the winner by first name, last initial, city or region, and country in Sweepstakes announcements without additional compensation.
Any use of a winner's photograph, likeness, testimonial, or broader personal information requires a separate consent where required by law. Refusing optional publicity consent will not result in forfeiture where such a condition is prohibited.
Participation constitutes acceptance of these Rules. Sponsor's reasonable administrative decisions are binding to the extent permitted by law, without restricting nonwaivable consumer rights or lawful challenges.
Sponsor may disqualify persons who tamper with entry systems, use bots or multiple accounts to evade limits, submit fraudulent information, threaten participants or staff, or materially interfere with fair administration.
If fraud, unauthorized interference, technical failure, postal disruption, or another circumstance beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially compromises the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel the affected portion, subject to applicable law and required regulatory approval. Sponsor will publish notice at [RULES URL] and, where fair and lawful, award affected prizes by random drawing from eligible, uncompromised entries received by an announced cutoff, accounting for timely mailed entries.
Sponsor will not retroactively introduce a purchase requirement, holder preference, or paid entry advantage.
To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor, Administrator, Fulfillment Dealer, their respective personnel, and X from claims arising from participation or acceptance, possession, or use of a prize, except claims arising from conduct or obligations that cannot lawfully be released.
These parties are not responsible for failures outside their reasonable control, including interrupted internet service, platform outages, postal delays, or inaccurate contact information supplied by an entrant. Sponsor will use reasonable corrective measures where an administrative error affects fair participation.
Nothing in these Rules excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, legally protected personal injury claims, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer protections and Sponsor's legally enforceable prize obligations remain unaffected.
Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, these Rules are governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes may be brought in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction in [COUNTY], Texas, subject to any mandatory right of an entrant to bring proceedings elsewhere.
Nothing in these Rules deprives an entrant of mandatory protections or remedies under the law of the entrant's residence. No mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed by these Rules.
If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent the Sweepstakes can continue lawfully and fairly.
Sponsor is responsible for Sweepstakes personal information. Its privacy notice is available at [PRIVACY NOTICE URL], and privacy requests may be directed to [PRIVACY CONTACT].
Information will be used to administer entries, prevent fraud, verify eligibility, contact winners, fulfill prizes, maintain required records, and satisfy legal obligations. Winner information necessary for shipping and customs will be shared with Fulfillment Dealer, carriers, and relevant authorities. Other entrants' information will not be supplied to the dealer for marketing.
Public X replies remain subject to X's visibility settings and privacy terms. Sponsor does not require entrants to post addresses, identity documents, tax information, or birth dates publicly.
Personal information may be processed in the United States and [OTHER PROCESSING COUNTRIES], using legally required safeguards. Records will be retained for [PERIOD OR RETENTION CRITERIA], then deleted or deidentified unless further retention is legally required.
Marketing consent is optional, separate from entry, and does not affect odds. Applicable access, deletion, objection, and other privacy rights are described in the privacy notice.

After winner verification, Sponsor will provide the limited winner information required or permitted by applicable law, ordinarily first name, last initial, and state or country. Personal contact details will not be disclosed.
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X, Robinhood, iShares, the Fulfillment Dealer, or the owners of the 1939 film The Wizard of Oz. The Fulfillment Dealer's role is limited to supplying and shipping prizes. Entrants provide Sweepstakes information to Sponsor, not to X, except for information independently processed by X through its platform.
TINMAN holders receive no advantage in this Sweepstakes and no share of any project revenue by virtue of holding TINMAN. Holding TINMAN creates no entitlement to a prize, founder fees, SLV, physical silver, or future promotions.
The founder receives compensation from project trading fees under separately disclosed token terms. That compensation does not create any revenue-sharing right for holders. Sweepstakes prizes are Sponsor-funded, not an entrant-funded pool.
Any burn-for-discount offer is a separate commercial promotion with separate terms. Participating in it does not create an entry or improve Sweepstakes odds.
